Once food preparation starts, cancellations are not allowed.
2. Refund Policy
- Full refund if cancelled within allowed time (for prepaid orders).
- Refund or replacement if incorrect/damaged food delivered with proof.
- Refund credited within 7-10 working days.
3. No Refunds
No refunds for taste preferences, consumed food, or delays due to traffic/weather.
