Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

• Orders cancelled within the 10-minute window are eligible for a full refund.
• Orders cancelled by Home Cooking due to stock unavailability or operational reasons will be refunded fully.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Orders cancelled after 10 minutes of placing the order.
• Orders where the customer is unavailable at the delivery location.
• Orders where incorrect details were provided by the customer.

Refund Processing

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
